The Role

We’re seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our Team to drive the overall adoption, optimization, and ongoing iteration of our customers Salesforce platforms, leveraging multiple integrations and different technologies. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience with technical implementations of customer projects.

As our Salesforce Consultant, you will utilise your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our customers Salesforce ecosystem end to end. This will require you to be involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration alongside testing and deployment.

Location

Home-based but will require regular client visits, trips to London office and sometimes international travel

Responsibilities Include

  • Collaborating with business managers and leader, gathering requirements and providing solutions
  • Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of our customers business
  • Conducting workshops, working closely with the client and the Salesforce Architect and Development Team to understand the business needs
  • Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
  • Work on Salesforce automation to streamline processes
  • Salesforce configuration
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce platform, solving most complex challenges
  • Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them
  • Supporting project estimation
  • Previous end user salesforce experience is desirable
  • Managing Salesforce product backlog

About You

  • At least 2 years of experience with technical implementations 
  • A background in CRM process design and implementations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Salesforce Consultant/ Business Analyst experience
  • Experience with one or more of the Salesforce Clouds (Sales/ Service/ Community)
  • Experience gathering requirements and creating user stories
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience with/knowledge of Agile methodology
