The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and talented Salesforce Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team. 

You will gather and understand business requirements and ideas; consistently translate ideas and requirements into clearly articulated definitions for projects; and ensure that approved projects remain on track to meet our requirements, align with strategy and realise the expected value. 

A hands on BA role, identifying areas for improvements in efficiencies, concisely documenting business requirements, scoping projects and critically analysing business processes.

A hands on project management role, planning and scheduling multiple projects

Identify and manage the change management aspects of projects. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels and technical experts to define business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the sponsor. Keep track of external resources within your projects. Ensure that the project teams consider and prioritise the requirements of every project you run. 

This role would suit someone with a passion for management consultancy who likes to improve business processes and manage projects from start to finish. To enable the client to release the key performance indicators that are outlined in their business plan and CRM strategy.  

Location

Home-based but will require regular client visits, trips to London office and sometimes international travel

Responsibilities Include

• Performs “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses in to map the Cloud technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs. 
• Deliver, oversee and ensure quality of Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish on time and within budget
• Provide required business documentation 
• Works closely with technical architects to make the bridge between the business team and IT team
• Presents and leads sessions and requirement workshops, based on Waterfall or Agile Delivery Methods
• Has knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices
• Understands the importance and is able to design Salesforce solutions integrated in the IT application landscape (example: integrations to ERP & reporting systems)
• Manages teams of highly qualified functional and technical resources (both on-shore and off-shore)
• Defines test cases and leads contractual testing to confirm that solution performs as per the business requirements
• Coordinates releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions)

About You

• Min 2+ years of experience in a hybrid BA/PM role or similar
• Experience with both Business Analyst and Project Management – Tools, Methods and Techniques.
• A background in CRM process design and implementations
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• PRINCE2 certification would be desirable
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification would be desirable
